| 8 – 9am | Shooters arrive and register. Breakfast will be served and will be followed by a pre-shoot safety instruction meeting. All shooters are required to attend. |
| 9am – Noon | Practice Round. This round will be a European Start and will be comprised of 50 targets and includes the Driven Clays Flurry and High Pheasants stations. |
| 11:30 – 1pm | Lunch and Auction benefitting Phoenix Art Museum. |
| 1 – 3pm | Trophy Round. This round will also be a European Start comprised of 50 targets and also includes the Driven Clays Flurry and High Pheasants stations. |
| 3 – 4pm | Trophy Presentation and Happy Hour |
