The Details

SWDGE features double barrel, break action shotguns of which may either be over/under or side-by-side, with or without hammers. Trophies will be awarded in the categories of side-by-side and over/under in large (12 and 16) , small (20 and under) gauge classes, and depending on interest, there might be a special 410 class.

This year we are presenting a single 20-station, 100 target competition round which will start at 9am. There is no sanctioned practice round but the public course at Ben Avery will be open and you may pay to shoot a few rounds prior to the start if the competition.

The course will challenge even the most seasoned shooter. In addition to the 20 regular stations, Ben Avery will create some specialty stations for us. Participants buy chances to shoot at these stations with net proceeds being split between the winning shooter and Phoenix Art Museum or the Xavier Hotshots.

COST AND WHAT IS INCLUDED

The cost is $225 per individual shooter and $800 per foursome and includes a golf cart, 100 targets, a fully catered breakfast, a fully catered lunch, a happy hour and the best shooter’s swag bag in town!
